-Move In/Move Out Clean must be selected for homes that are empty.

- Deep Clean must be selected for homes not professionally cleaned in the last 30 days, and for first-time bookings to prepare your home for ongoing maintenance.

-Heavy Duty Deep Clean must be selected in addition to the Deep Clean option for homes beyond the scope of a deep clean.

*If your home has excessive dirt and the scope of work required to clean your home is beyond the level of service you booked, our heavy duty deep clean fee may apply. Cleaning the exterior of the home (balconies, decks, garages, and porches) is outside the scope of our work.
